Job Duties:
- Formulate account strategies to maintain and grow current accounts and to penetrate new accounts
- Evaluate and develop specialty application markets where they make business sense for Celgard
- Develop relationships with the customer’ customers (electronic OEMs and automotive manufacturers) to support market penetration
- Develop and achieve annual sales budget, including customer mix, product mix, pricing, and market share targets
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts (revenue, product mix) and develop methodologies to improve forecast accuracy
- Coordinate with other regional personnel as needed to advance the global market position of Celgard
- Leads and coordinates the delivery of technical services to customers in partnership with Sales that supports the development of long-term partnerships with customers.
- Anticipates and understands customer business (opportunities, challenges, production and application of customer products) in order to provide solutions to the customer supporting the use of our products
- Draws conclusions and makes recommendations based on qualitative or quantitative data
- Increases recognition of Celgard product value with the customer
- Maintains documentation of problems for our customer feedback systems
- Identify customer and market needs for all Celgard products for future sustainable growth
- Interface globally with all Celgard operations as it pertains to customer support and market understanding
- Willing and able to assist other region Sales and TS personnel when addressed with CLT based issues
Education:
BS degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or Material Science
