Because of our global environment, you will be working with many colleagues whose primary language may not be English and where communication can be high and low context. This is a role where you will serve as a coach and mediator to leaders throughout the company as you provide support and help them refine and grow their skills. It’s safe to say we are looking for a leader who serves others instead of being self-serving
Who We Are

Celgard is a leading global supplier of microporous separators used in lithium-ion batteries and is one of the largest participants in the lithium battery market.
We specialize in developing, manufacturing and marketing dry-process microporous membranes used as a separator in various lithium-ion batteries that play a critical role in the performance, life and safety of lithium battery cells. Celgard® performance characteristics are especially suited for the performance demands of hybrid vehicles and electric drive vehicles.
Celgard® separators are also used in lithium-ion batteries found in personal electronic devices such as laptop computers, mobile phones, power tools, and energy storage systems. These battery separators play a critical role in the performance and life of lithium-ion battery cells by providing a barrier between the positive and negative electrodes, which prevents short circuits and overheating while allowing the exchange of ions from one side of the battery to the other.
