As VoIP Administrator, your mission is to provide technical leadership to ensure the successful execution of a global VoIP deployment as you ensure that we have the appropriate carriers, bandwidth, traffic management, service and consistency across 3 regional data centers and 19 remote sites. While your primary focus will be the VoIP deployment, you will also have shared responsibility for the network and we'll look to you to bring your fresh ideas and insights to bear as you develop new features or enhance existing systems and help push us to the next level through innovation and technology.

Reporting to the Global Infrastructure Manager, you'll join a global team with four IT staff in Charlotte and 3 in Germany. Celgard has grown significantly in recent years, both organically and via acquisition, and the IT department is pursuing initiatives to ensure standardization and best practices across the organization.
In a nutshell, you will spend about 70% of your time with the global VoIP deployment; and the remaining 30% with network related activities supporting 1600 users worldwide. Specifically, your responsibilities are to:

They are typically used in electronic applications such as notebook computers, cellular telephones, digital cameras, and other high performance devices. In addition, Celgard is the global leader in supplying battery separators for disposable lithium batteries used in photographic equipment, medical devices, and various military applications. Other energy storage technologies that use Celgard battery separators include vented nickel-cadmium aircraft batteries, zinc-air hearing aid batteries, and supercapacitors.
